Recipe Grilled Chicken Wings
I need a recipe for Buffalo Wings made on a grill. A real recipe not one found online!!!?
I want to make Buffalo Wings on the grill. I can never make chicken right on the grill. Someone Please help. And i want a recipe from experience not from GOOGLE.
Main thing to remember when Cooking On A Grill is not to add the sauce until the end of the cooking process. You can add a dry rubb before hand of the following.
tbs chili powder
tbs garlic powder
1tsp of pepper
1tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika
1tsp of dryed mustard
This is for 12 buffalo wings. Rub it right in to the wings. Then place on a hot grill on the middle rack. The lower rack will be to hot.
The sauce you can make it hot and sticky.
Sauce
2tbs of Molasses
2tbs Brown Sugar
3/4 C ketchup
2tbs of Hot sauce
1tsp of dryed mustard
1 tbs of butter
1tbs of lemon juice
1tsp of chili powder
Place in a saucepan on low heat and heat through. At the end of cooking of the wings brush on and heat on grill for 5 mins. Then at the very end place one more coat of the sauce and remove from grill.
